**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Management**:

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize the company’s financial performance.
- Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial modeling to guide business decisions.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and proactively address variances.
- **Reporting and Compliance**:

- Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards affecting the import/export industry.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate annual audits and ensure compliance with reporting requirements.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify financial risks associated with international trade and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- **Team Leadership**:

- Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous development.
- Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives.
- **Strategic Planning**:

- Contribute to the development of the company’s strategic initiatives and long-term goals related to financial growth in the import/export sector.
- Assess and analyze new business opportunities and investments to support expansion and profitability.
- **Cash Flow Management**:

- Oversee cash flow management to ensure the company maintains sufficient liquidity for operations and growth.
- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions to secure financing and favorable terms.
- **Tax Management**:

- Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations in various jurisdictions associated with import/export activities.
- Strategize tax planning to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial positions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly desirable.
- At least 8-10 years of financial management experience, with a significant portion in the import/export industry.
- Proven track record of developing financial strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, compliance, and finance.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**NOTE: Chartered Accountant is Mandatory.**

Pay: From ₹150,000.00 per month
