To further form and scale up Digital & Tech - Process Automation Chapter, we are looking for a **Process Automation Chapter Member - Intelligent Automation Expert and **in this role, your work will involve identifying, understanding, developing, and delivering intelligent automation solution (beyond simple repetitive task automation) through technology, available within and outside dsm-firmenich.

**Key**responsibilities**:

- Enables a continuous automation value discovery approach, in close collaboration with Business Optimization Chapter.
- Drives business self-serviced intelligent automation solutions, with a zero to limited dependency on IT expertise (digital business workforce).
- Collaborates with other chapter / squad members to ensure proper development, deployment & maintenance of scalable process automation solutions.
- Continuous focuses on building competency in new / future approaches (e.g., design thinking, experience management) & technologies (e.g., Intelligent Automation) and business acumen (value discovery).
- Ensures proper chapter quality, security & knowledge retention practices and adherence (e.g., knowledge sharing session, defining, and adhering to documentation & coding standards, peer-reviews, etc.).
- Develops and nurtures relationships with key business and technology stakeholder’s intern and external dsm-firmenich.

**You**bring**:

- University degree, preferably in Technology
- 5 years of proven experience in end-2-end process automation in a B2B and B2C business environment, using process & task mining technology (e.g., Celonis, Data Analytics AWS services) and intelligent automation technology (RPA technology like e.g., BluePrism, UIpath) in combination with AI/ML technology (like e.g, Microsoft Azure Cognitive services, AWS Cognitive Services**). Advanced certification in especially task automation as well as AI/ML & Cognitive Services.**:

- Experienced using well-developed problem-solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical) in a business environment.
- Good understanding of business context, setup, strategy and its supporting functions at the level of processes (in e.g., -Finance, Procurement, Marketing & Sales, etc.)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum Master, Design Thinking Lean Six Sigma is preferred.
- Fosters collaboration / teamwork in a global, multicultural and virtual context
- Excellent understanding of and experience with IT architecture, complex IT software

development, IT security and IT operations
- Good oral and written presentation skills required in English
- Good communication skills-working with various levels of stakeholders
- Ability to build trust-based relationships with stakeholders and operating team
- Experience working in a fast-paced agile environment, comfortable navigating conflicting

priorities and ambiguous problems
- Strong drive for personal continuous improvement and learning
