**CTC**: INR 18 - 24 Lakhs per annum

**Experience Required**: Minimum of 8 years, with a preferred experience of 12+ years

**About the Role**:

- Direct involvement and leadership in all phases of the architectural design process, including concept development, detailed design, and construction documentation.
- Active participation in client presentations, meetings, and communications, ensuring project objectives are aligned and expectations are met.
- Experience in managing government projects and familiarity with large-scale infrastructure or building projects is highly preferred.
- Capability to engage in business development (BD) activities, identifying potential opportunities and contributing to the growth of the firm.
- Strong ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and stakeholders to achieve integrated and coherent designs.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies used in architectural design and planning.
- A commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability in architectural design.
