**Job Designation**:CNCMachine operator

**Qualification and Experience**:ITI/DME with minimum 2 to 3 years’ experience in CNC Machine operator cum programmer.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Hands on experience in CNC VMC & Turning machines.
- Understand & Develop CNC programs for milling machine & develop/Prove out components as per process guideline.
- Experience in 2D. programming
- Experience in 3 axis machines with hands on controls
- Should have proper knowledge of setting, Jig/Fixtures.
- Knowledge about Problem solving methods.
- Should be strong in documentation process, programme development and subsequent revisions.
- Should be responsible for the quantity & quality of output produced in the machines.
- Should be able to read and understand Drawings, Work instructions.
- Should have basic knowledge on selecting Tool Holders, Cutting tools, Inserts, Cutting parameters.
- Should have knowledge and skill of using measurement instruments like Micro meter, VernierCalliper, Height gauge, Bore dial gauge etc.
- Should be flexible to work in shifts.
- Should have knowledge on 5S and Safety

**Job Location**:Hebbal Industrial area, Mysore
