**Qualifications and Skills**
- Passion for coffee and knowledge of different coffee varieties and brewing techniques
- Excellent customer service skills
- Min. 10+2 pass (For Steward Trainee) and Graduation for Barista Trainee
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and well-organized
- Ability to work well in a team
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is preferred but not required

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- This job provides on the Job Training.
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take customer orders and prepare beverages according to established recipes
- Operate coffee brewing equipment, including coffee grinders and espresso machines
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas
- Provide prompt and efficient service to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth operation of the coffee house
- Assist in restocking and inventory management
- Learn and follow all company policies and procedures
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist in other duties as assigned by the manager

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
