Barista

Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Barista who can brew amazing coffee, provide a welcoming customer experience, and uphold our brand values at the kiosk level. If you love coffee and have strong communication skills, we'd love to meet you

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to Korebi standards
• Greet and engage customers in a warm, friendly manner
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kiosk
• Manage POS, billing, and order handling
• Educate customers about our coffee offerings and brewing methods
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance protocols are followed

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role (preferred)
• Basic knowledge of espresso, manual brews (V60, Aeropress), and milk steaming
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking in English, Gujarati, and Hindi
• Passion for coffee and attention to detail
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-centric attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹11, ₹25,055.13 per month

• Baner, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
