**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation and cooking of food items as per the established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and labeling of all food items.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards as per HACCP and company policies.
- Support the Chef de Partie and Commis I in daily kitchen operations.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients using various kitchen equipment.
- Perform basic cooking tasks such as chopping vegetables, making sauces, and preparing garnishes.
- Assist with stock rotation and inventory management.
- Maintain proper portion control and minimize food waste.
- Work efficiently during busy periods and assist in other sections when needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
