We are currently seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Functional Tester to join our L2 Support team, will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of Salesforce Change Request & Enhancements through comprehensive functional testing.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 2 - 5 years of experience in Salesforce Testing, ideally should have worked on end-to-end testing of Salesforce configurations, workflows, validation rules, process builders, lighting flows, reports, dashboards, business logics and custom codes (Apex, vfpages, custom reports, LWC, lightning pages, integration / webservice testing) to validate system functionality and data integrity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including declarative configuration, customization, and integration options.
- Proficiency in creating and executing test cases using testing tools.
- Experience in Test plan preparation
- Experience in Test reporting & bug reporting
- Experience Web Service APIs testing
- Experience in Post implementation support / services, is a plus
- Good Knowledge in Agile methodology, CICD..
- Salesforce certifications such as **Salesforce Administrator**, **Salesforce Platform App Builder**, or Salesforce Certified Sales/Service Cloud Consultant are desirable.
- Good to have exposure on ticket management tools like, CSM, ServiceNow, Jira & Confluence
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for ensuring high-quality deliverables and a positive user experience.
- Knowledge with Salesforce development tools, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, is a plus.
- Good understanding of the cloud computing concepts.
- Knowledge on healthcare domain, life sciences, concept of sales territory hierarchy would be an advantage.
- Strong understanding on ITIL process.
- Meet with stakeholders to determine project needs.
- Problem Solving skill with good Root Cause Analysis(RCA) is must with proactive measures to handle/test problem & Incidents tickets.
- Good communication skills to deal with customers, peers & stakeholders.
- Support including, but not limited to, Salesforce testing and preparation of standard operating procedure (SOP) documentation for day-to-day process & a strong Incident handling skills.
- Ability to complete all assigned requests within projected timelines & SLA’s.
- Knowledge on Lightning is must.
- Open to work on **rotational shifts (specific to EMEA & US region)
