**Job Title**: Salesforce Test Engineer
**Experience**: 5+ years
**Location**: Banglore,chennai,pune

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure that test coverage aligns with business requirements, identifying defects, and managing them through a **defect management** process.
- Participate in **Agile** development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.
- Utilize **Jira** to manage testing tasks, track issues, and collaborate with the development and QA teams.
- Execute and analyze **Selenium with Java** test results (good to have but not mandatory).
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Continuously improve testing processes and contribute to overall quality assurance best practices.

**Qualifications**:

- **5+ years of experience** as a Salesforce Test Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of **functional testing** methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with **defect management** tools and processes.
- **Mandatory** familiarity with **Agile** development processes and experience using **Jira**.
- **Good to have**: Experience with **Selenium and Java** for test execution and result analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate technical issues effectively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience working on **Service Cloud** and/or **Health Cloud**.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator) are a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
