**We are hiring on an urgent basis for Content and community profile for a very renowned and well known manufacturing company.**

**Roles & Responsibilitie**
- Performing exhaustive research to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer personas Developing content governance guidelines for tone, style, and voice of all content, and ensuring they are followed
- Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion
- Develop the vision of the eCommerce content strategy and convey that vision to the extended team
- Align, communicate, and govern content creation and content improvement strategy with all internal partners including product teams, ecommerce team, marketing team.
- Key decision maker to influence what features will be included in future releases by clearly identifying and prioritizing business needs all while maintaining the customer viewpoint

**Behaviors to display**
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce space that includes marketing strategies, various leading eCommerce website builders (e.g. Shopify), product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices
- A dynamic, results-oriented problem solver
- Experience in transforming a strategy and vision into an actionable plan

**Salary**: Up to ₹1,000,000.00 per year
