**Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute retail marketing strategies and campaigns to effectively promote our medical devices at retail locations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and impactful point-of-sale materials, including product displays, signage, and promotional materials.
- Conduct market research to identify target demographics and develop targeted marketing messages and promotions.
- Monitor and analyze retail marketing campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including store managers and staff, to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging.
- Coordinate retail marketing activities with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and supply chain, to ensure alignment of goals and objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail marketing, preferably in the medical devices or healthcare industry.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data and metrics to drive marketing strategies and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in marketing software and platforms, including CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and social media platforms.
- Strong understanding of retail marketing principles and best practices.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹9,509.29 - ₹25,004.71 per month
