We're expanding our team and have multiple openings from senior level to entry level, offering both full-time and part-time positions. We're looking for dedicated and versatile Cafe All-Rounders to join our team, who can handle a variety of tasks with a smile and a positive attitude.

As a Cafe All-Rounder at Chai Theory, you will be the heart and soul of our operations. You will be responsible for a wide range of duties, from preparing delicious food and beverages to serving customers, promoting our offerings, and managing the billing counter. This is a dynamic role that requires flexibility, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for food and hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cooking & Beverage Preparation**: Prepare a variety of dishes and beverages according to our menu, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- **Customer Service**: Greet customers warmly, take orders, and serve food and drinks in a friendly and efficient manner.
- **Promotion**: Actively promote our menu items, daily specials, and events to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- **Billing & Cash Handling**: Operate the billing counter, process payments accurately, and maintain records of transactions.
- **Cleaning & Maintenance**: Ensure the cafe is clean and well-maintained, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor stock levels, assist in ordering supplies, and manage inventory to prevent shortages.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with other staff members to ensure smooth cafe operations and provide support where needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week
