**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented individual to manage daily operations at our **Cresetto soft serve kiosk**. You will be the face of the brand, serving premium Italian-inspired soft creams, making fresh waffle cones, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve soft cream to customers with precision and consistency
- Prepare freshly made waffle cones as per brand standards
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the kiosk at all times
- Manage and monitor stock levels (ingredients, packaging, disposables, etc.)
- Handle basic billing and POS operations
- Provide excellent customer service and handle queries with a positive attitude
- Coordinate with the backend team for inventory restocking and operational updates

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in F&B / QSR / Ice Cream or Dessert outlets preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the kiosk
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / SSC or equivalent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
