**Job Description**:

- Responsible for creating and implementation of MARCOM plan.
- Responsible for brand building activity across Pan India.
- Create and develop innovative ideas & promotional plan for increasing the Sales & Brand presence.
- Identify fastest growing segments to create market & segment analysis.
- Support sales to achieve their set targets through marketing support.

Experience Range:
6 - 7 years

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM Marketing,

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for introducing effective marketing tools and demo plans to enhance company brand image.
- Defining and implementation of marketing plans and strategies (short-term & long-term) including responsibility of defining annual marketing budget plan.
- Vendor management and build the new vendors for MARCOM activities.
- Creation & realization of promotional company materials (catalogues, pamphlets, brochures, pricelist etc.).
- Manage online marketing (website hosting, social media etc.)
- Responsible for creating guidelines for events participation, event request and realization of promotional events (ROI) including guaranteed business growth.
- Responsible for any indoor & outdoor Marcom activities such as Distributor meet, Seminars, Exhibitions, trade fairs, Showroom design, GSB, branding, product launch etc. as per company promotion policy.
- Cooperation with media and advertising agencies to make effective plans on timely basis to enhance brand image of the company
- Evaluating of effectiveness of marketing activities, data, statistics, reporting.
- Support sales team in terms with effective marcom plans to achieve sales target.
- Responsible for the stationery and documents printing & contractual agreements

Skills Required:

- Should understand Switchgear products & switchgear industry.
- Should have minimum 4 years of work experience in switchgear industry & overall 6 year of marketing experience.
