**Job Title: Sales Executive**

The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization. As an integral member of the sales team, the he/she will be responsible for executing the sales strategy, building and nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Strategy Execution and Implementation**:

- Implement and execute established sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Execute day-to-day tasks to contribute to the implementation of sales strategies, guided by senior team members.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist in building, cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling leading to positive interactions and customer satisfaction.

**Property Portfolio Management**:

- Learn about the company's property portfolio, including all the projects that are currently being developed, seeking guidance from senior team members and acquiring the ability to communicate property details to clients.

**Sales Presentations and Negotiations**:

- Providing support and leading sales presentations and negotiations, utilizing expertise to close complex deals. Assisting the senior team members in the same and learning from them leading to development of the skills.

**Lead Generation and Market Analysis**:

- Assisting and collaborating in lead generation efforts to identify and pursue business opportunities.
- Assist in market analysis activities, and providing support in data analysis leading to generating valuable insights to inform strategic decision-making.
- Is able to perform calling effectively and use it as a method to generating and promoting sales for the organisation.

**Sales Reporting and Coordination**:

- Preparation of comprehensive sales reports as per requirements and gaining exposure to performance metrics.
- Coordinate customer feedback processes, ensuring prompt resolution of issues and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.

**Legal Compliance and Collaboration**:

- Learn about legal compliance in real estate sales, ensuring adherence to regulations and maintaining ethical standards in towards driving the sales revenues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, offering executive-level input to foster integrated business operations leading to efficient functioning of all the departments in tandem to each other.

**Training, Development, and Community Engagement**:

- Actively participate in training initiatives for continuous professional development, guided by senior team members.
- Engage with local communities, contributing to brand building and fostering positive relationships.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in real estate or sales are a plus.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in real estate sales with a successful track record.
- Seasoned real estate professional skilled in selling properties, negotiating deals, and building trust through clear communication. Understands the ins and outs of the real estate world, including market trends and customer preferences. Quick thinker in changing markets, works well in teams, and knows how to use technology. Focuses on customer needs to ensure satisfaction.

- Proven team player, encourages collaboration for excellent results; possesses strong analytical skills crucial for making decisions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
