**Client Experience Associate - Luxury Jewelry**

We are seeking a smart, articulate, and customer-focused **Client Experience Associate** to join our team in **Andheri East, Mumbai**. In this role, you’ll be the voice of our luxury brand across platforms like **eBay and Etsy**, interacting with high-value clients from the **USA, UK, and Europe**.

This is not a regular customer service job—**you will be assisting luxury buyers** looking for handcrafted, premium jewelry. Your words will influence purchasing decisions, and your professionalism will build trust and loyalty. **Responsibilities**
- Convert inbound inquiries into **successful sales** by understanding client needs.
- Build rapport and guide clients through product choices, customization options, and order support.
- Coordinate internally with production, dispatch, and management for seamless execution.
- Maintain accurate communication records and provide client interaction reports.

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month (based on skills and experience)
