**Job Title: Client Solutions Specialist**

**Location: Mumbai, India**

**Overview**:
JucyGifts is seeking a Client Solutions Specialist who will be pivotalin supporting our sales team by creating compelling presentations and curating product solutions tailored to client needs. This role requires a deep understanding of our product offerings and vendor capabilities, as well as the ability to maintain strong vendor relationships and oversee project execution.

**Responsibilities**:

- **-** Collaborate with the sales team to receive new enquiries and understand client requirements thoroughly.
- Design and develop tailored presentations and proposals that effectively showcase our products and services.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all products, vendors, and trends in the corporate gifting industry to recommend innovative solutions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with vendors, handling escalations and negotiations as needed.
- Coordinate with the operations team to delegate tasks, ensuring timely completion of orders and high-quality standards.
- Actively seek out new vendors and products using various tools and platforms, enhancing our offerings and competitive edge.

- Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of creating professional and persuasive Power Point presentations.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate gifting products and industry trends.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with a proven track record of handling vendor negotiations and escalations.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams, demonstrating strong organizational and project management skills.
- Proactive and diligent in following up on tasks to ensure seamless execution.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in client servicing, sales support, or a related field within the corporate gifting, merchandising, or retail sectors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and familiarity with CRM systems.

**What We Offer**:

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
