Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Engagement**: Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them through our jewelry offerings.
- **Product Expertise**: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our collections, including gemstones, metals, and design aesthetics, to assist clients in making informed purchasing decisions.
- **Sales Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and building lasting relationships with clients.
- **Visual Merchandising**: Assist in maintaining an inviting store environment, ensuring displays are appealing and reflect current promotions and trends.
- **Order Management**: Handle transactions accurately, including processing sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining precise inventory records.
- **Client Follow-Up**: Engage with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business through personalized outreach.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with fellow associates to foster a positive team atmosphere, sharing insights and best practices to enhance overall performance.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business or Retail Management is a plus.
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building customer relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and a flair for visual presentation.

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
