We are looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to safeguard and grow our brand vision while leading day-to-day brand communication across social media, PR, and influencer collaborations. Key Responsibilities ·      Welcome and assist customers, delivering a premium and personalized shopping experience. ·      Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable diamond jewellery pieces . ·      Achieve individual and store sales targets while ensuring service excellence. ·      Maintain in-depth knowledge of lab-grown diamonds, jewellery craftsmanship, and collections . ·      Handle billing, invoicing, and ensure smooth transaction processes. ·      Manage store displays, stock arrangement, and visual merchandising in line with brand standards. ·      Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through clientele and after-sales service. ·      Follow airport retail protocols, security checks, and operational guidelines. Requirements: ·      Minimum 3 years of experience in diamond jewellery retail sales (lab-grown or natural diamonds). ·      Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ·      Fluent in English and Hindi (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). ·      Presentable, confident, and customer-focused. ·      Ability to work in rotational shifts (24x7 airport operations). ·      Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Hands on experiences in handling International Customers will be added advantage Technical/Behavior Competencies: ·      Sales & Customer Service Skills ·      Communication & Interpersonal Skills ·      Personality & Behavioral Skills Qualification : Graduation / HSC from recognized university Language skills : Expertise in English Communication is mandatory.
