**About our group**:
Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for conducting all TA activities including staffing and cross-functional project initiatives based on TA Global strategic plan and leads a variety of initiatives related to the TA processes and improvement.

**About the role - you will**:

- Help manage KPIs for weekly and monthly reports
- Maintain Talent Acquisition Programs websites and related documentation
- Prepare SLA reports for support functions
- Creating/updating the test scripts for and participating in UAT for
- Participate in regional projects and programs as required

**About you**:

- Interest in TA processes and tools with a desire to learn and grow
- Quick learner of new technologies
- Ability in building effective relationships
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple priorities
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
- Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
- Self-motivated, target-oriented with good follow-up skills
- Relevant proven experience

**Your experience includes**:

- Experience in technology like IT Software, Cloud, and SAP Modules
- Data analysis and presentation
