**Job Summary**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated **Marketing Graduate** to join our team as a **Marketing Executive**. The role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Market Research**: Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities.
- **Campaign Support**: Collaborate with the team to plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance tracking.
- **Social Media Management**: Manage and schedule posts across various platforms to maintain brand consistency and engagement.
- **Event Coordination**: Support the organization of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and product launches.
- **Data Analysis**: Analyze the performance of campaigns and create detailed reports to assess ROI and recommend improvements.
- **Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Work closely with the sales, design, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.

**Key Skills & Competencies**
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital advertising is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a fast-paced setting.
