**Key Responsibilities**:
**Digital Advertising Management**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram) ads and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide insights to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital advertising to ensure effective campaign strategies.

**Ecommerce Marketing**:

- Collaborate with the ecommerce team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and sales on ecommerce platforms.
- Utilize digital marketing tactics to enhance the online visibility of products, promotions, and brand presence on ecommerce channels.

**Content Development and Optimization**:

- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling ad copies, visuals, and other content assets for digital advertising campaigns.
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to refine content strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

**Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics, trends, and actionable insights.
- Use analytics tools to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

**Collaboration and Communication**:

- Liaise with internal teams such as design, product, and sales to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates on campaign progress, results, and recommendations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing Meta ads and Google Ads.
- Experience working with ecommerce companies or within the ecommerce industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
