**Key Responsibilities**:

- Track, analyze, and report on website traffic and digital marketing campaign performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as product and sales, to develop integrated digital marketing programs.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, and recommend new techniques and strategies to improve performance.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with external vendors, such as website development and media buying agencies, to drive results and achieve goals.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and a passion for digital marketing.
- Familiarity with IT industry and technology trends is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,419.09 - ₹43,132.64 per month
