We’re looking for an organized and driven **Accountant** to join our growing team at our firm. The accountant position will work closely with our Indian & US clients in terms of accounting and bookkeeping. We’re an energetic and a new grown consultancy firm working in the Field of Accounts & Finance. We are looking for a passionate individual to join our organization.

**Designation**: Account’s Executive

**Location**: Vadodara, Gujarat, India

**Experience**: 1+ Year in field of accounting (preferred)

**Qualifications**: CA, Semi-qualified CA, B.Com, M.Com

**Work Shift**:3:00 pm - 12:00 am (Monday to Friday)
- Prepare & maintain accurate Book Keeping for all our clients in India & US
- Verify, post & manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare Financial Statements
- Preparation & filling of statutory compliances (Direct & Indirect Tax)
- Checking Vendor Payments & Third-Party ledger reconciliation
- Complete time-sheet daily
- Ensure clients consistency in accounting is in line with our service standards
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of all client’s financial situations
- Maintain current and accurate files, records and notes of any actions

**Job Requirements**:

- Proven experience in bookkeeping & finalization of accounts
- Knowledge of basic financial, tax and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new systems
- Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally
- Adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills (written and verbal)
- **Knowledge of US Accounting (preferred)**
- Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently

**Salary**: From ₹10,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
