Field Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Field Operations**:

- Visit client sites, offices, or service locations to oversee day-to-day activities.
- Ensure that services/products are delivered as per the standards and timelines.
- Collect data, feedback, and market insights from clients or customers.
- Coordinate with customers to address issues or concerns on-site.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, or vendors.
- Provide customer support and service at various locations as required.
- Meet clients regularly to understand their requirements, follow-up on previous issues, and ensure satisfaction.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Identify sales opportunities and promote company products/services.
- Attend client meetings to negotiate and close deals.
- Help in market research by gathering feedback on products and services.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly field reports and update the management on the progress of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records of work done, services provided, and customer interactions.
- Document any client complaints or issues and ensure they are resolved promptly.
- **Logistics and Coordination**:

- Assist in managing deliveries, installations, or other logistics-based activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams like marketing, operations, or customer service for smooth execution of tasks.
- **Compliance and Standards**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed while performing field tasks.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Handle complaints or troubleshooting issues directly in the field and resolve them quickly.
- Provide solutions and advice to clients based on the issues or queries raised.
- **Travel and Mobility**:

- Travel frequently to meet clients or attend to site-specific duties.
- Manage time effectively to attend multiple locations as required.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**: BBA, MBA OR GRADUATION
- **Experience**: Prior experience in fieldwork, sales, or customer service is often desirable.
- **Communication**: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think on your feet and address issues in real-time.
- **Technical Skills**: Depending on the industry, basic technical or operational knowledge may be required.
- **Organizational Skills**: Capable of managing time and field visits efficiently.

**Preferred Skills**:

- **Sales Skills**: Knowledge of sales processes or techniques to drive business.
- **Field-Specific Knowledge**: If working in a specific industry (e.g., IT, healthcare, or construction), domain-specific knowledge may be required.
- **Driving License**: Often required if the role involves travel.

**Working Conditions**:

- Field Executives usually work outside of the office environment and may be required to work in different locations depending on business needs.
- May be required to work flexible hours or weekends depending on client needs.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
