Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team The role involves executing marketing campaigns building brand awareness and generating leads in the assigned territory You will be responsible for implementing on-ground marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and support sales objectives Key Responsibilities Plan and execute field marketing campaigns aligned with company goals Identify and approach potential customers through direct marketing Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the assigned area Organize promotional events product demonstrations and trade shows Distribute marketing materials such as flyers brochures and merchandise Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers Maintain relationships with clients vendors and partners Gather feedback and report market trends and customer preferences Prepare and submit daily weekly activity reports Requirements Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or related field Proven experience in field marketing sales or a similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Proficient in MS Office and marketing software tools Ability to work independently and travel extensively Preferred Skills Local market knowledge Event planning experience Ability to handle pressure and meet targets Multilingual abilities if relevant to the region Working Conditions Frequent travel within assigned territory Outdoor marketing activities in various weather conditions May include evening or weekend work depending on campaign needs Job Type Full-time Pay 12 000 00 - 23 380 11 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Food provided Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Commission pay Performance bonus Yearly bonus Ability to commute relocate Siwan Bihar Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work Required Education Bachelor s Required Experience Educational marketing 1 year Required Language Hindi Required English Required Location Siwan Bihar Required Willingness to travel 25 Preferred Work Location In person
