**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Marketing Executive to join our team. The role involves executing marketing campaigns, building brand awareness, and generating leads in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for implementing on-ground marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and support sales objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute field marketing campaigns aligned with company goals.
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct marketing.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the assigned area.
- Organize promotional events, product demonstrations, and trade shows.
- Distribute marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and merchandise.
- Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into customers.
- Maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
- Gather feedback and report market trends and customer preferences.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly activity reports.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in field marketing, sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and marketing software/tools.
- Ability to work independently and travel extensively.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Local market knowledge.
- Event planning experience.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets.
- Multilingual abilities (if relevant to the region).

**Working Conditions**:

- Frequent travel within assigned territory.
- Outdoor marketing activities in various weather conditions.
- May include evening or weekend work depending on campaign needs.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,380.11 per month
