Position : Sales and Marketing Manager

**Responsiblity**:

- Recruit team, train them
- Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve targets and objectives
- Identify and target new sales leads and opportunities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales growth
- Analyze sales data and market trends to drive effective decision-making
- Develop and track sales metrics to measure performance and success
- Collaborate with marketing department to align sales and marketing strategies
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to sales team members
- Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to drive competitive advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
