**About the Position:

The Program Associate for Outreach and Partnership in Sports will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including sports organizations, educational institutions, corporate partners, and community groups. The role involves promoting sports programs, coordinating outreach efforts, and developing partnerships that align with the organization’s mission to enhance sports participation and development.
**Overview**
- **Job Type**: Full-time; contract to be renewed annually
- **Salary**: ₹ 22,000 - ₹ 25,000 per month, salary commensurate with experience and expertise
- **Office timings**: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
- **Reporting To**: Program Lead/ Director, Bihar
- **Location**: Siwan
- **Travel**: Needs-based field visits to existing and potential partners
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Outreach, Engagement and Program Support**:
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to increase awareness of sports programs among target audiences.
- Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and other outreach activities to promote sports initiatives.
- Coordinate with schools, colleges, and local communities to encourage participation in sports programs and events.
- Assist in the planning and execution of sports events, tournaments, and other related activities.
- Work closely with the program team to ensure that outreach and partnership efforts align with program goals and timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of outreach activities and partnerships, providing regular updates and reports to the Program Lead.
**2. Communication and Marketing**:
- Collaborate with the communications team to develop marketing materials, social media content, and press releases that highlight partnership and outreach activities.
- Represent the organization at external meetings, conferences, and events, effectively communicating the mission and objectives of the sports programs.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records of partnerships, outreach activities, and participant engagement.
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports on the success of outreach and partnership initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve future outreach strategies.
**3.Desired Profile**
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in partnership development, outreach, or program management, preferably within the sports sector.
- Passionate about sports and committed to promoting sports participation and development.
- Creative and proactive in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- **Skills**:
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Knowledge of the sports industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM tools.
