**Responsibilities**
- Implementing and supporting technology solutions following industry best practices and all relevant standards and practices and maintaining SLAs.
- IT Skill Training Centre Setup.
- Good understanding of Web security.
- Troubleshooting Remote Access, VPN (SSL and IPSec), cabling and routing.
- User management including configuring new accounts, password resets, and troubleshooting user login, profile and permission issues.
- Working to identify and eliminate recurring problems.
- Maintaining standards and documentation on an ongoing basis as products and technologies evolve.

**Qualifications **&

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field 3+ years of experience in system administration and network support
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory Proficiency in M.S Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Experience with network configuration and troubleshooting such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLANs, and firewalls
- Ability to prioritize and quickly troubleshoot and resolve problems using a wide variety of tools.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and changing business requirements.
- Able and willing to collaborate as part of a team in various roles.
- Respond to emergency situations effectively, maintaining poise and focus.
- Relevant certifications such as MCSA or MCSE would be an added advantage
- Experience in Microsoft Office training, specifically in Advanced Excel.
- Experienced in the field of CCTV installation and maintenance Maintaining the availability, continuity, and security of organizational data and information.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and training skills
- Effective communication and persuasive skills both written and verbal in English and regional language
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Willingness to travel

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
