Manage the acquisition; installation and maintenance of the organization’s Local area network hardware /software
- Conduct Technology orientation for all staff; prepare technology and Systems for the staff
- Ensure Technology documents / certificate such as product registration, SSL certificate, maintenance agreement, service contracts etc. related to technology operations and /Or Technology Services are evaluated updated and processed
- Implements, administrates and maintain database
- Performs routine preventive maintenance on hardware and software
- Assists staff in understanding and using Technology, conducts regular staff Technology presentations and training
- Managers Technology inventory to include procurement and disposal
- Ensures compliance with all software licensing agreements
- Ensures for the availability, continuity and security of data and information pertaining to the organization
- Maintain knowledge on current Technology, evaluating new technology and attending trade shows, technical seminars and training sections.
- Managing and maintain Company Websites:
- Update and maintain Company website with the help of web design team.
- Renew the website domain and hosting space.
- Backup websites once in a month
- Social Media & Online Job Portal.
- Create Posters for Social media marketing.
- Managing and monitoring social media pages for all divisions.
- Create and manage job listings in Job portals
- Surveillance System:
- Configure and monitor the CCTV surveillance system.
- **Trainer**
- Conduct and support the IT Training programs.
- MS Office Basics
- Advanced Excel, advanced Powerpoint, Power pivot, etc.
- Computer Hardware & Networking
- Digital Literacy, Cyber Security.
- Prepare and share Training Modules.

**Qualifications & Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience total work: 5 years (required)
- Technical: Proficiency in M.S Office tools like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Professional: Effective communication and persuasive skills both written and verbal in Malayalam and English with the ability to train the staff successfully.
- Willing to travel

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
