**Shift Timings**: 5:00 pm to 2:00 am

**Working Days**: 5 days.

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure reliable monitoring and alerting for systems infrastructure.
- Manage and maintain security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Manage all network hardware and equipment, including switches, firewall, VPN, and patch panels.
- Administer various Remote IT systems, including Windows Server, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Office 365, Network Printer, MDM, O365, and network devices.
- Work with the IT team to implement complex systems projects.
- Perform other duties as required to deliver exceptional service and support.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator, preferably in a Windows and Azure environment.
- Good knowledge of AWS/Azure and Azure Active Directory.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Remote Desktop, Office 365, Network Printer, MDM, O365, and network devices.
- Hands-on experience with security solutions, including firewall, anti-virus, and intrusion detection systems.
- Experience in managing and maintaining network hardware and equipment, including switches, firewall, VPN, and patch panels.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
