**Tool Room In-charge**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Preventive Maintenance:
Develop and implement comprehensive preventative maintenance schedules for all dies, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for production.

Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and resolve die-related issues, including mechanical failures, wear and tear, and production-related defects.

Tooling Management:
Maintain accurate records of die usage, maintenance history, and performance metrics.

Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of toolmakers, machinists, and technicians, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:
Identify opportunities to improve die performance, reduce downtime, and optimize tooling processes.

Safety Compliance:
Ensure all die casting and tool room operations adhere to safety regulations and company policies.

Inventory Management:
Manage the inventory of tooling components and materials, ensuring timely availability for maintenance and repair activities.

Collaboration:
Work closely with production, engineering, and quality control teams to address tooling-related issues and support overall production goals.

Training and Development:
Provide training and guidance to team members on die maintenance procedures, safety protocols, and best practices.

Specific Skills and Experience:
Strong knowledge of die casting processes, including aluminum die casting, and related tooling.

Proficiency in using various machining equipment, such as CNC machines, VMCs,

Experience with die design, repair, and maintenance.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex tooling issues.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of quality control procedures and standards.

Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.

**Qualification : Diploma, ITI, B.E**
