**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all activities in the tool room related to **steel fabrication**.
- Review and interpret **engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents** to ensure accurate tool and fixture fabrication.
- Operate or oversee the use of machinery and equipment, ensuring proper maintenance and safety.
- Use **AutoCAD** or similar CAD software to review, modify, or create fabrication drawings.
- Plan and manage **shift schedules**, allocate manpower, and monitor employee performance and productivity.
- Ensure the availability, proper storage, and maintenance of all tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures.
- Maintain quality standards and ensure adherence to **safety protocols** in all fabrication activities.
- Coordinate with the design, maintenance, and production teams to meet tooling requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels of tools and materials; request purchases when necessary.
- Train and mentor junior toolmakers, machinists, and technicians as required.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Diploma or ITI or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- **3+ years of experience** in a supervisory role in a **tool room or steel fabrication** environment.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD** and capable of reading **mechanical and fabrication drawings**.
- Strong understanding of machining processes, fabrication techniques, and tool design.
- Experience handling **shift management** and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced manufacturing environments.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
