**Job Title: CNC Machine Programmer (Tool Room Experience)**

**Job Summary**:
As a CNC Machine Programmer with tool room experience, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing operations by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. Your expertise in tool room operations will be essential in maintaining and optimizing our machining processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to understand part dimensions, tolerances, and materials.
- Write and debug CNC programs using CAM software or manual coding methods, leveraging your knowledge of tool room practices.
- Utilize your tool room experience to select appropriate cutting tools, fixtures, and workholding solutions for efficient machining.
- Set up CNC machines, including tooling changes, fixture setups, and workpiece alignments, ensuring accuracy and repeatability.
- Verify machine settings and program parameters to optimize machining processes and minimize setup times.
- Monitor machine operations and make real-time adjustments as necessary to maintain quality, productivity, and tool life.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment and troubleshoot issues related to tooling and fixturing.
- Conduct tool inspections, tool changes, and tool presetting to ensure proper tool performance and dimensional accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineers, machinists, and tooling specialists to develop and implement tooling strategies for complex parts.
- Document machining processes, including tooling selections, setup procedures, and program optimizations, to enhance knowledge sharing and process consistency.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations in the tool room and machining areas to promote a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a CNC machine programmer or operator with a focus on tool room operations.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and G-code programming.
- Strong understanding of machining principles, tooling selection, and tool room practices.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience with tool inspection equipment and methods for measuring tool wear and geometry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude, with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with multi-axis CNC machining and complex part geometries.
- Knowledge of specific CNC machine brands and models (e.g., Haas, Mazak, Fanuc).
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Additional certifications in machining or tooling.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
