**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to plan and develop site content, style, and layout.
- Write clear, compelling copy for various mediums including social media posts, articles, newsletters, and marketing materials.
- Produce multimedia content including videos, infographics, and podcasts.
- Conduct research to identify new trends and ideas for content.
- Edit and proofread content for accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Optimize content for SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of content using analytics tools and adjust strategies as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and SEO principles.
- Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
- Experience with social media platforms and tools (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Strong attention to detail.
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).
- Video production and editing skills.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work remotely or in an office setting.
- Flexible working hours may be required to meet deadlines and attend events.

Pay: ₹13,250.37 - ₹39,189.86 per month
