**Responsibilities**:

- Designing visually stunning graphics for various digital mediums, including social media, websites, marketing materials, and presentations.
- Developing engaging video content from concept to completion, including editing raw footage, adding special effects, and integrating audio elements.
- Knowledge of short form video content creation is a must.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that align with brand guidelines and objectives.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance the quality and impact of our visual assets.
- Contributing to the development of UI/UX designs to enhance user experience across digital platforms.
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhering to deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Figma) and other relevant design and video editing software.
- Exceptional creative thinking and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving project requirements and priorities.
