**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and produce a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, social media graphics, newsletters, and more.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute design projects, ensuring consistency with the university's brand guidelines.
- Work with other departments to understand their design needs and provide creative solutions.
- Create and update visual assets for the university's website and digital platforms.
- Manage the production and printing process for marketing materials, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to continuously improve the quality of work.
- Review and provide feedback on design projects from other team members, as needed.
- Assist with video editing and other multimedia projects, as required.
- Work within tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-5 years) as a Graphic Designer, preferably in an educational institution or similar environment.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and composition.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
- Video editing skills and experience with software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is an advantage.
