**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- End to end pre-sales life cycle management on Enterprise Systems management tools in the space of Datacenter / Cloud Monitoring, Service Management, Data Center / End User automation, End User Computing, Analytics, Reporting in the space of Infrastructure (On-Prem, Cloud)
- Understands the overall RFI / RFP process to analyze technical requirements, build solutions, cost estimations, high level design, solution defense and customer presentation, solution demo’s etc
- Develop solutions to meet customer requirements, coordinate with the bid teams to help WIN deployable solutions
- Technical Knowledge of Service Management tools (like ServiceNow, Remedy, HP Service Manager etc), Systems Management Tools (MicroFocus, SCOM, Nagios, Solarwinds, CA Suite, Splunk, ServiceNow, Discovery solutions etc), Automation tools like (ServiceNow orchestrator, MF OO, Ansible etc) and Analytics tools (Splunk etc) is mandatory
- Should be able to understand the overall automation life cycle and be able to build an end-to-end automation story right from identifying the opportunities for automation, building a solution using industry best practices automation tools, identifying the ROI by implementing the automation solutions
- Should have an eye for latest developments happening in the industry for enterprise systems management tools, be able to build business cases for introduction of new tools & technologies
- Development of artifacts, standards for enhancing the internal capability teams
- High degree of negotiation skills
**Salary**: ₹2,800,000.00 - ₹3,300,000.00 per year
