Role Description for Pega Tester

Primary Skill: Strong PEGA systems testing experience.

Required Experience and Skills:

- Self-motivated independent worker.
- Quick learner.
- Good communication and teaming skills.
- Pega Background
- CLM KYC background is a plus
- Automation skills is good to have.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define, document and obtain approval for Test Strategy and Approach, including objectives, overall phasing and testing methodology and standards
- Adherence to testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the testing approach
- Ownership of overall product quality and testing resources
- Ownership of manual and automated test cases
- Define and track test metrics, including code coverage, quality, and performance
- Ensure highest level of quality performed by test team remains strong
- Set and agree test tool strategy, leveraging automation tools
- Establish testing tools and standards
- Manage external QA and testing resources
- Manage and report on Defect management
