Skill: PEGA KYC CLM

8 years of experience in Pega and Pega Certified Product Engineer
Pega Lead Product Engineer playing upto Architect/ CSSA Certification is highly desirable
Understanding of large and complex code bases, including design techniques
Experience in defining Business Processes using Pega platform for financial sector
System design and implementation, Experience in Integration Services of PRPC Rule Connects/Services, developing activities, PRPC User Interface development and implementation of Declarative Processing features
Technical Skills
Experience in Pega KYC/CLM 8.X Experience is mandatory
Should have knowledge on API and JSON to support integration
Software development experience with Java/JavaScript and good understanding of micro services and Big Data architecture is a plus
Functional Skills
Experience in Banking, Financial and Fintech experience in an enterprise environment preferred
Experience in following best Coding, Security, Unit testing and Documentation standards and practices
Experience in Agile methodology
Effectively research and benchmark technology against other best in class technologies
Soft Skills
Able to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness by sharing deep knowledge and experience.
Self motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization
Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
