Job Summary:
As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining purchase data into the Tally software. Your role will primarily focus on data entry tasks related to the purchasing processes. You will work on accurate and timely data entry and maintain purchasing records.

Key Responsibilities:
Enter purchase orders, invoices data into the Tally software with accuracy and attention to detail.

Verify the accuracy of purchase orders, invoices and related documents before entering them into the system.

Maintain and update purchasing records and data entry.

Generate reports, summaries, and other documents based on the entered data to assist in monitoring and analyzing purchasing activities.

Collaborate with the team to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry or purchasing records.

Communicate and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to obtain missing information or resolve data-related problems.

**Procurement & Order Management**
- Identify **stock shortages** and **place new orders** as required.
- Coordinate with **vendors and suppliers** for procurement and timely delivery.
- Maintain **purchase records, invoices, and order history**.

**Record Keeping & Reporting**
- Generate and maintain **inventory reports** using MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
- Monitor stock consumption patterns and assist in **monthly/annual audits**.
- Ensure compliance with **inventory control policies and standards**.

**Communication & Team Coordination**
- Coordinate with **internal teams (procurement, project engineers, and logistics)** for stock-related needs.
- Communicate with **suppliers and vendors** regarding stock availability and orders.
- Address and resolve any **inventory discrepancies** effectively.
- **Any Diploma, HSC Passed or Bachelor's Degree is Suitable for the position**

**Experience Level**
- Minimum 0**:

- 2 years of experience** in **inventory management, warehouse/store operations, or a related field**.

**Technical & Soft Skills**
- **Strong MS Excel skills** (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic analytics).
- Familiarity with **inventory control processes and stock management systems**.
- Strong **organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask**.
- Excellent **communication and coordination skills** for vendor and team interactions.
