**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Accurately set up new matters in our internal matter management system, summarize allegations, categorize cases, and identify key issues.
- Learn to evaluate matters for risk related to daily operations, system failures, or other unexpected events following company standards.
- Prepare and share reports on matter data accuracy, and communicate with Attorneys and Legal professionals.
- Analyze matters submitted for closure, ensuring all information is correct and follows procedures.Learn to identify high-risk cases and trends, and promptly report them to management.
- **Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of legal experience or experience in the financial industry.
- Strong in the English language
- Analytical, organizational, research, presentation, time management, and project management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills**:

- Familiarity with US law and regulations regarding the financial industry preferred
- Working knowledge of banking and finance is a plus
