As a customer service analyst in HNR Tech, you will be responsible for assisting customers with any inquiries while ensuring the highest standards of customer service are met.

**Technical & Non-Technical Skills**:

**Responsibilities**:

- 100% self-learner and motivated
- Has worked for US-based process, preferably, for a minimum of 30 months or more
- Extremely strong vocal & written English communication skills
- Preferred education background as 10+2+3 all throughout English Medium
- Must have Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and the ability to solve analytical issues.
- Ability to take independent decisions & meet stringent deadlines
- Analytical mind & attention to detail
- Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines
- Must be dedicated, on time, and have a great ability to multitask as well as handle a large volume of incoming orders/chats, within our call center.
- Available M-F and during peak seasons such as Black Friday/Thanksgiving week.
- Experience in a High Volume environment preferred

**Requirements**:

- Take care of inbound /outbound calls, minimum of 30 calls a day both B2B & B2C combined
- Respond to inbound support tickets, ensuring they receive timely, useful information to reduce friction while using the service
- Maximize customer satisfaction through accurate and timely resolution, meeting or exceeding stated SLAs
- Anticipate customer needs and problems before they surface; develop deep customer intuition to empower our customers to achieve their goals
- Respond to all customer queries in a timely comprehensive manner to ensure customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolves client complaints and other general account inquiries in a single customer interaction to create promoters and enhance the customer experience
- Leverage interactions with customers to develop and share innovative ideas in company-wide innovation meetings to improve customer experience and/or reduce costs.
- Maintaining Customer, Vendor, Installer, and Logistics relationships.
- Working with Sales, Marketing, and Business to Business Departments to ensure 100% customer satisfaction

**Work Hours**:

- US Shift Timing
- 5:30 pm to 3:30 am IST
