**Summary**:
Welcome to **The Travelkar**, a car rental company in Ludhiana, Punjab, started by enthusiastic vacationers who share the same passion for exploring new places. The office is located in Vasai and this is where you will be stationed.

The concept of our company was born out of our immense love for travelling and our shared desire of inspiring others to discover the beautiful places of India. We are a blooming self-drive car rental company in North India with our branches in Manali, Chandigarh, Amritsar, Jammu & Kashmir. And we are not just limited to rental cars as here you will find a lot more than your perfect off-road self-drive car

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
- Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way

- **Key requirements**:

- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- High school degree

**Basic Qualifications**
- Minimum two years of related experience and/or training
- Must have proven experience in managing a group of people
- Must know HINDI, PUNJABI, and ENGLISH
