Lords of Detailing is seeking a highly motivated and skilled customer support executive to join our team. As a customer support executive, you will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers by phone, providing information about our detailing services, and persuading them to book an appointment. Your ultimate goal is to generate sales, promote customer satisfaction, and maintain positive relationships with customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential and existing customers via phone to inform them about our detailing services and promotions.
- Answer questions about our services, prices, and availability
- Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in our services but

have not yet booked an appointment
- Persuade customers to book an appointment by highlighting the benefits of

our services and promotions
- Enter customer information and appointment details accurately into our

customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and positive

customer experience
- Meet individual and team sales targets
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in telemarketing or customer service
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
