We are looking for people with min 1 year Customer Care experience for ITES Company based out of Gurgaon
-**:

- Provide L1 Level Customer Support
- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.

**Eligibility**:

- 1 plus year of experience in Customer Support
- Good communication skills

**Educational Qualification**:
**Any Graduate**

**Good Knowledge of networking**

**Compensation**: 5,00,000 (Upto 31k in hand)**Shift**:247**Work Days**:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs**Job location : Gurgaon**
