We are looking for Graduate Freshers interested to work in Non voice Chat process for ITES Company based out of Gurgaon.
-**:

- Provide Customer Support
- Provide exceptional support while communicating and assisting customers. Ensure that high quality standards are maintained for all customer interactions and issue resolutions.
- Resolve tickets Analyze customer reported information to identify problems and concerns.

**Eligibility**:

- Graduate fresher- Good communication skills

**Compensation: 14,000-16,000 in hand**

**Shift**:247**Work Days**:5 days working with 2 days rotational offs**Job location :Gurgaon**
