We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional quality and creativity in every work we do. As we continue to expand our team, we are seeking Content Creator (Reels and Video Editor) to join our team.

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Conceptualize, plan, and execute creative ideas for Instagram Reels that align with our client's brand identity and target audience.

2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies and ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all reels.

3. Shoot high-quality footage using professional-grade equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio recording devices.

4. Edit and enhance footage to create visually stunning and engaging reels using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Capcut.

5. Incorporate music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the storytelling and emotional impact of the reels.

6. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and features, particularly within the Instagram platform, and incorporate them into content creation strategies.

7. Monitor the performance of reels and analyze engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

8. Work closely with the social media team to ensure timely delivery of content and alignment with overall marketing objectives.

9. Maintain organized files and archives of footage and assets for future use.

**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in shooting and editing videos, particularly for social media platforms.

2. Proficiency in using video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva or similar tools.

3. Strong creative vision and ability to conceptualize and execute original ideas.

4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of content creation.

5. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.

6. Knowledge of current trends and best practices in social media marketing, particularly within the realm of Instagram Reels.

7. Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.

8. A portfolio or demo reel showcasing previous work in video production and editing is highly desirable.

9. Passion for storytelling and creating compelling visual content that resonates with audiences.
