**Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Identify and pursue potential clients in the education sector, including schools, colleges, and educational organizations.
- Generate leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
- **Product Presentation**:

- Conduct engaging presentations and demonstrations of our STEM education solutions to potential clients.
- Showcase the benefits and value proposition of our products in addressing educational needs.
- **Relationship Building**:

- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in educational institutions.
- Address client inquiries, provide product information, and offer personalized solutions.
- **Sales Negotiation**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their specific requirements and tailor offerings to meet their needs.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure successful deals.
- **Market Research**:

- Stay informed about trends in STEM education and the education sector.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to refine sales strategies.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and deal progress.
- Generate regular reports to track sales performance against targets.
- **Collaboration with Teams**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
- Collaborate with product development teams to provide valuable customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales in the education sector, preferably in STEM education.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Knowledge of STEM education trends and solutions is a plus.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
